Equipment Suppliers — Neutral Directory

In short: a neutral, category-organized directory of edible-oil processing equipment suppliers. This first batch of 50 companies is listed from public sources as base data — self-reported and not independently verified. No pay-to-rank, no fabricated companies, no fake reviews. It grows as listings are claimed and verified.
⚠️ About these listings. Companies are listed from public sources for reference. Details are self-reported by the company or drawn from public web pages and not independently verified by OilProcessingHub. Listing is not an endorsement or ranking — we do not sell placement. We publish no reviews, certifications or capability claims we cannot source. Is this your company, or is something wrong? Claim or correct this listing → · How verification works →

Attachment, worksheet and commercial-build checks

Specialist preparation: separate series, test offers and test results

Official series/application evidence, test-service offers, producer result/event claims and independent laboratory studies are separate evidence classes. No current stock, selected configuration, buyer trial, signed FAT/SAT or accepted performance is established. Four external providers are reviewed as source providers only, not silently admitted to the preserved 50-profile directory; the existing Anderson profile remains unchanged.

Configuration, material batches and original-report traceability

Published test rows and three-stream data coverage

Official series and their application boundaries

Official family + corn-germ application; trial service offered

Vincent Corporation — KP Series dewatering screw presses

The manufacturer assigns KP presses to germ-water removal and lists corn germ among applications. Its VP discussion on the wet-milling page concerns the stated fibre duty; do not swap those application statements.

Evidence limit: No KP size, screen/screw arrangement, inlet lot, water/solids/oil balance or accepted throughput is selected here. A sweet-corn cannery video concerns husk/cob waste, not a wet-germ trial.

External source provider; not admitted to the preserved 50-profile catalogue.

Official sources and configuration request

Request: Ask for a germ-specific proposed KP configuration and a representative trial/rental protocol, with inlet/outlet moisture bases and oil/solids losses to press liquor.

Official series + corn-germ design; test offer and reported FAT event

VetterTec — K16 / K20 / K24 / K30 / K36 / K45 / K54 screw-press family

The brochure names corn germs and lists the K types; the technical page shows a corn-germ pre-dewatering design. Tests can be discussed at site or laboratory level.

Evidence limit: The generic capacity table does not establish a particular corn-germ rating. The corporate FAT post identifies neither a K size nor a signed, measured acceptance package.

External source provider; not admitted to the preserved 50-profile catalogue.

Official sources and configuration request

Request: Request the proposed type, screw/screen and drive selection plus material-test data, matched operating windows, dryer receiving conditions and a permitted signed FAT package.

Official named family in a dated rice-bran process account

Anderson International — Expander-Extruder-Cooker (EEC)

The 2024 manufacturer account names rice bran and lipase treatment in EEC processing. It describes EEC separately from the later Dox technology.

Evidence limit: This is process/family evidence, not proof that an existing Dox/Hivex reference is a rice-bran stabilizer or that a particular EEC revision is currently offered. No paired enzyme/storage trial is supplied by this article.

Existing supplier profile (original product scopes unchanged)

Official sources and configuration request

Request: Ask the existing supplier to confirm the current EEC or replacement offering, actual feed/steam/water/cooling boundaries and a model-specific enzyme/FFA/storage test.

Official catalogue + rice application/process result; configuration unresolved

Insta-Pro International — Model 2000 / 2000-CG catalogue candidates; rice process not model-matched

The catalogue lists these models; separate manufacturer material describes rice-bran feeding, extrusion and cooling. The rice application/result pages do not identify a matched current catalogue model.

Evidence limit: Do not attach the reported rice outcome to 2000 or 2000-CG by name alone. The 2025 post concerns stabilization followed by oil pressing, not a standalone enzyme-inhibition or shelf-life acceptance report.

External source provider; not admitted to the preserved 50-profile catalogue.

Official sources and configuration request

Request: Request written rice-specific model/feeder/barrel/water/cooling selection and the underlying report, including the exact oil-recovery definition and separate enzyme/storage results.

Official crop-specific named model; published ratings/claims only

Zhengzhou Siwei Grain & Oil Engineering and Technology — MKPH180 rice-bran extruder

The product page identifies MKPH180 for rice-bran stabilization and publishes a nominal equipment specification.

Evidence limit: The page’s capacity, moisture-change and extended-storage claims are catalogue statements. No matched independent trial or signed project data were located in this review.

External source provider; not admitted to the preserved 50-profile catalogue.

Official sources and configuration request

Request: Request representative-bran treatment uniformity, residual enzyme assays, FFA/PV with defined units, cooling/storage challenge data and proposed contractual scope.

What the public test evidence actually establishes

Test-service offer

Wet-germ test access is described; results remain open

Vincent describes on-site rental testing and VetterTec discusses application-specific pressing tests. This establishes a way to request a trial, not that a trial on the buyer’s germ has occurred.

Still missing: No matched feed lot/configuration, complete water/solids/oil balance, time-series readings or independent report was obtained.

Source and evidence scope

Manufacturer-reported event

Corporate corn-germ FAT announcement

VetterTec reports a factory test for a corn-germ dewatering press. Treat it as an event statement only; it is not the FAT protocol or an independently checked performance result.

Still missing: Press size/revision, acceptance criteria, feed identity, raw measurements and authorized signed pages remain unavailable.

Source and evidence scope

Manufacturer-reported result; model unmatched

Producer rice-bran extrusion / oil-pressing account

The 2025 post reports 46.5% oil-extraction efficiency for its described fresh, non-parboiled bran and extrusion/pressing route. This is not 46.5% lipase inhibition, a universal storage deadline or a current model guarantee.

Still missing: The exact tested model, complete oil-balance denominator and raw records are not given. The peroxide-value unit in the post is ambiguous, so no PV number is adopted here.

Source and evidence scope

Independent laboratory study; different equipment

Original extrusion/storage study using SLG30-IV

The paper identifies a co-rotating twin-screw SLG30-IV laboratory setup and evaluates enzymes, FFA/PV and storage behavior against untreated bran. Reduced enzyme activity does not establish indefinite storage stability.

Still missing: The work does not validate the listed commercial families. Source-specific methods/units require confirmation, and the underlying data were not obtained; no treatment settings or shelf-life result is selected for a plant.

Source and evidence scope
  • Rashid et al. (2023) — extrusion and rice-bran storage study

Original paper, DOI 10.3390/foods12061236. Full-text methods and conclusions reviewed through PMC reader; direct publisher PDF returned 403. SLG30-IV laboratory equipment is not an Insta-Pro, EEC or MKPH180 validation. Underlying data are available on author request and were not obtained.

Data to request for a matched material/model trial

Wet corn germ

  1. Feed lot and wet-milling separation point, inlet mass/time and moisture/dry-matter method and basis.
  2. Exact proposed KP/K-type configuration, screw/screen, drive/control revision and agreed test range; supplier to confirm suitability.
  3. Paired inlet, discharged germ and press-liquor masses/samples over the same stable window, including retained solids and oil loss to liquor.
  4. Raw moisture/analysis records and energy meter boundaries; separate nameplate ratings from measured consumption.
  5. Dryer receiving condition, liquid return/collection, transfer and utility/control owners; authorized acceptance criteria and signed records to request.

Rice bran

  1. Bran lot/fraction, milling time, raw/parboiled status, starch/husk/moisture characterization and prior handling.
  2. Exact commercial model/revision, feeder/barrel and heat/water/cooling scope; do not substitute a catalogue or laboratory machine name.
  3. Representative treatment records and uniformity checks with untreated/control samples where agreed; enzyme assay method, units and sampling plan.
  4. FFA/PV on stated bases and a documented cooling/storage challenge; no generic eight-hour or multi-month guarantee is assumed.
  5. If pressing follows stabilization, report oil recovery separately with complete denominator/mass balance; resolve exclusions, receiving conditions and authorized acceptance.

Source review: 2026-11-04. These reviews are not supplier rankings or certifications. No request has been sent to any provider, and no buyer-specific test or accepted result is claimed.

Supplier-source review boundary · Full equipment taxonomy · Existing planning resources

Configuration, material batches and original-report traceability

Configuration documentation, historical production accounts, proposed experiments and measured results have different scopes. These additions do not identify a buyer trial lot, establish current model availability or close any commercial acceptance item.

Official configuration documentation; no matched raw trial

KP configuration: documented options, unassigned germ lot

Configuration: The KP-6–KP-16 manual also covers KP-10L–KP-16L. It describes interrupted/continuous screw arrangements and wedgewire or perforated screens. These are options to identify, not a selected wet-germ specification.

Material / batch: Pending: no identified wet-germ lot or serial-number machine is tied to this manual.

What is established: No model/lot-matched inlet–cake–liquor dataset or signed raw dewatering report was obtained in this review.

Pending confirmation: Obtain the proposed build sheet and the matching trial package before selecting screen, screw or operating conditions. Manual values are not germ-specific guarantees.

Related provider/family review

Original source and page locator

Official application/model connection; result link pending

Model 2000: explicit rice-bran line naming

Configuration: The 2022 official article explicitly describes a rice-bran line with Model 2000, a conveyor and a cooler. This adds an application-specific model reference beyond the generic extruder catalogue.

Material / batch: No identifiable raw-bran lot, trial date, sample chain or analytical report is supplied for this configuration statement.

What is established: The previously reviewed 2025 manufacturer claim of 46.5% oil-extraction efficiency is not matched to Model 2000 by this article. It is not a lipase-inhibition result.

Pending confirmation: Match the 2025 test to its extruder and press models, configuration revisions, raw-bran batches and complete analytical/mass-balance records. Model 2000-CG remains a separate unmatched catalogue candidate; a 2022 article does not confirm current availability.

Plant-configuration paragraph, Adam Sackett. Official article text reviewed through search reader; direct automated request returned 403. Economic examples and storage/pressing claims are not adopted as trial results.

Historical production/bulk-material account; not raw stabilization qualification

1986 production account: historical Model 2000 connection

Configuration: PDF page 75 identifies four Insta Pro-2000 extruders at Farmers’ Rice Cooperative, Sacramento.

Material / batch: The same account describes about 150 MT of stabilized bran produced there in 1986 for trial extraction by Oilseeds International, Grimes, using a Crown horizontal-belt extractor. No lot identifier is supplied.

What is established: This is a historical production/downstream-extraction account, not a paired stabilization assay or a modern Model 2000 performance certificate.

Pending confirmation: Do not merge its separately mentioned returned shipment sample with the 150 MT material. Original run sheets, sampling chain and signed analytical records remain pending. The compilation includes critical correspondence at PDF page 170.

Historical experimental plan; not a completed result

1985 Cabanatuan plan: traceable sample labels, different equipment

Configuration: PDF page 157 specifies a Brady extruder at NFA/Cabanatuan, 11 June 1985. Follow-up review of PDF page 11 identifies Model 2160 in the same plant description. This establishes a plant-level historical model reference; the individual trial machine serial number and drawing revision are not verified.

Material / batch: The plan uses temperature-coded SRB-280 sample labels and schedules repeat FFA/catalase checks through three months.

What is established: The stated expected results and scheduled analyses are not measured outcomes. This plan cannot validate Insta-Pro 2000, EEC, MKPH180 or SLG30-IV.

Pending confirmation: Completed sample sheets, method records, actual storage conditions and the matched final results remain pending here. Historical plan settings are not operating instructions for a new line.

Published test rows and original-data coverage

Published numerical results are distinguished from original run sheets and commercial acceptance. Missing stream values, lot identifiers and report links remain pending; no balances or machine guarantees are inferred. These records extend the earlier source reviews without replacing them.

Manufacturer application statement; original three-stream data pending

Wet-germ three-stream coverage: a cake range is not a trial balance

Equipment / configuration: Vincent names KP for germ-water removal. Its 50–55% press-cake moisture statement is a general application range, not an identified run or guaranteed outlet. The preceding 55–58% range concerns fibre / VP, not germ.

Material / sample identity: No lot ID, selected KP size, serial number, sample date or synchronized run window is attached to the germ statement.

Result boundary: No numerical raw inlet or press-liquor result can be paired with that cake range. Do not invent feed flow, liquor composition, oil loss or dry-solids recovery from it.

Wet-germ three-stream coverage: a cake range is not a trial balance

Material / sample identity: PDF 157 defines temperature-coded SRB samples and sacks; PDF 162 has a 280°F group with separate SACK-1 and SACK-2 rows. These are historical sample labels, not current production lot codes.

Result boundary: Values below are transcribed as reported under “% free fatty acids”. Keep the two sacks separate. The zero-time value is on a different sample row; it is not silently assigned to each sack. This locates results beyond the earlier plan-only review.

Brady archive: preparation record connected to separate sack results
Source group / rowFFA at 2 weeks (%)FFA at 3 months (%)
280°F group / SACK-13.065.82
280°F group / SACK-22.9211.72

Pending confirmation: Acid-expression basis, individual original assay sheets and a complete sample-custody record remain pending. Storage settings and modern machine equivalence are not established. Neither the temperature nor these results is a new-line recipe or acceptance criterion.

Published laboratory test rows; commercial-series validation pending

SLG30-IV: numbered published runs linked to the laboratory setup

Equipment / configuration: Section 2.2 names the SLG30-IV co-rotating twin-screw machine. Table 1 codes the centre condition as 120°C, 140 r/min and 20% moisture.

Material / sample identity: Section 2.1 identifies Basu Rice Industry as bran supplier; no unique lot code is supplied. Table 2 identifies numbered experimental runs, not five independent commercial lots.

Result boundary: The five centre-point rows below report residual peroxidase activity (%), not lipase inhibition, FFA or oil-extraction efficiency. Section 2.2 separately states 120°C / 160 r/min; do not assign that speed to these coded rows.

Pending confirmation: Original worksheets, serial/configuration traceability and commercial-model correspondence remain pending. The paper makes underlying data available on author request; none was requested or obtained. Do not transfer these results to Insta-Pro, EEC or MKPH180.

Underlying original worksheets remain on author request and have not been obtained.

Configuration and original-report traceability · Existing test requests

Attachment, worksheet and commercial-build checks

A retrieved attachment can contain statistical summaries rather than original sample worksheets. Official test procedures and equipment brochures establish scope, not a matched material trial or accepted commercial build. Unmatched report IDs, lots, serial numbers and signatures remain pending.

DOI/version-matched public attachment reviewed

Rice-bran supplement retrieved: statistical attachment, not a sample workbook

Document reviewed: The ZIP contains one five-page PDF: Table S1 and Figures S1–S4. Table S1 reports regression ANOVA; its R² of 0.9647 is a model-fit statistic, not enzyme inhibition or an acceptance pass rate.

Sample / worksheet connection: The attachment does not supply batch-coded laboratory worksheets or a signed sample-custody chain. The numbered runs already shown in the main-paper table remain published test rows, not original instrument files.

Commercial configuration connection: The DOI and repository version connect the supplement to the main paper’s SLG30-IV laboratory setup. They do not connect it to a current commercial extruder build or the separate 2025 producer result.

Pending confirmation: Figure S4’s caption refers to peroxidase while its axes refer to fatty acid value. No graph-point values or corrected metric are inferred. Original assays, lot/serial identities and the commercial-model bridge remain pending; author-request raw data have not been obtained.

Official generic procedure; wet-germ worksheet still pending

Vincent test-machine scope and the pre-thickening boundary

Document reviewed: The manufacturer describes stable-operation timed collection and weighing of cake and liquor, ending before the press empties. The same article describes CP-4 laboratory testing and CP-4 or KP-6 on-site work; this is not a completed germ test.

Sample / worksheet connection: For a reviewed trial, distinguish material as received from actual press feed. If pre-thickening is used, identify the upstream drain stream and its sample/time records separately; it cannot disappear from the chosen balance boundary. These are review requirements, not measured values.

Commercial configuration connection: Record the actual trial machine and pre-screen/ancillaries, then compare them with the quoted KP build, screw/screen, cone and drive revisions. CP-4 or KP-6 test identity alone does not validate another KP size. The rental list is not a germ-specific scale-up report.

Pending confirmation: No paired wet-germ inlet/cake/liquor raw worksheet, lot-coded assay, selected serial number or supplier-approved scale-up justification was located in these sources. The existing three-stream gaps remain pending.

VetterTec: connect an application brochure to an actual assembly revision

Document reviewed: The corn wet-milling brochure places the screw press before the dryer for germ and fibre and describes the screw, screen and cage as machined together. It is an application/assembly description, not a signed FAT or dimensional inspection sheet.

Sample / worksheet connection: No germ batch, sample identifiers, timed three-stream measurements or analytical work order is identified in this brochure. The previously reviewed corporate FAT announcement remains an event statement.

Commercial configuration connection: A proposed K-series quotation still needs the exact unit/serial and assembly drawing revision, with screw, screen and cage identifiers tied to the same trial and acceptance report. Request those identities rather than assigning the generic K-series catalogue rating to germ duty.

Pending confirmation: Assembly dimensions/tolerances, inspection records, actual fitted components, germ-specific test conditions and signed acceptance remain pending. No commercial model is approved by this review.

A test-service, pilot-equipment or internal-test description is not your actual-feed result. Confirm equipment, samples, measurements and reporting. A named supplier account is not signed acceptance, independent verification or automatic relevance to your crop; historical, construction and other-material limits remain in each dossier.

No complete readable signed customer FAT/SAT dataset was obtained in this reviewed collection. This does not mean the supplier has no such records.

CPM and Crown share group resources; ABC and BEST share branding references. Do not count related brands as independent factories or trial sites.

Rajkumar remains an access exception, outside the49 extended dossiers. Its original profile is preserved; search caches do not establish current supply.

Resolve three gates before treating a reference as your project

  1. Current quotation: confirm the contracting party, manufacturer, model/revision, crop duty, included equipment and utilities.
  2. Representative trial: agree samples, equipment, settings, calibrated measurements, analyses, raw records and scale-up limits. A service description alone does not pass this gate.
  3. Agreed acceptance: obtain project-specific FAT/SAT criteria, measurements, deviations closed and authorized signed release. Supplier photos, shipment news or ceremonies alone do not pass this gate.

Representative trials and acceptance deliverables

Editorial trial-planning and deliverable checklist; not a completed trial, manufacturer-issued acceptance standard, legal product limit or signed customer report.

Choose an oilseed for its feed passport, controlled comparisons, laboratory-method scope and blank eight-part delivery register.

The four plans share six trial-record stages and eight delivery groups. Their feed preparation, product analyses and process boundaries remain crop-specific. All limits, results and signatures are blank.

EQUIPMENT SCOPE · TEST DATA · REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Representative equipment: prepare a scoped enquiry

Buyer-editable equipment-scope and test-data requests. Representative catalogue examples are starting points for an enquiry, not a supplier ranking, final size selection, quotation, order or accepted performance.

Four examples connect the existing trial plans to itemized equipment requests and the D01–D08 acceptance register. Complete your feed, capacity and product requirements before sending an enquiry.

Published facts are limited to the linked official catalogue/service descriptions. All scope lines, tests, commercial terms and acceptance requests below are editorial questions for written agreement; current supply, crop fit, trial access and results remain unconfirmed. No enquiry is sent.

COMMON BASIS · THREE OFFER COLUMNS · EVIDENCE AND OPEN ITEMS

Compare quotations and test data on one agreed basis

Blank buyer comparison framework for up to three offers on the same agreed route and feed basis. It contains no supplier replies, quoted prices, measured results, automatic scores or acceptance decisions.

Editorial comparison questions reuse the existing source-bounded RFQ and trial plans. No new supplier capability or test-result claim is introduced. A catalogue description, a quotation, raw test data, a laboratory report and an authorized FAT/SAT decision remain separate evidence types.

Use the same 25-column structure for each route: 41 comparison rows covering project basis, equipment scope, commercial terms, test records, acceptance documents and three crop-specific checks. Compare offers within one agreed route; the shared format does not make different crops or process boundaries equivalent.

BUYER · EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER · SITE TEAM · OPEN AGREEMENTS

Interface responsibility: agree the parties and deliverables

Editorial interface-confirmation matrix linking buyer, equipment supplier and site team questions to deliverables. It proposes topics to agree; it does not assign contractual duties, authorize site work, approve a design or record completed acceptance.

Role labels are discussion headings, not agreed RACI assignments. Parties may delegate work; actual legal parties, responsible owner, reviewer/approver, scope, due dates and sign-off remain blank until project agreement. Existing catalogue/service evidence does not establish who performs a project interface.

Each route connects 12 shared interfaces and three crop-specific topics to the existing RFQ, comparison and D01–D08 acceptance register. Use the editable registers to agree actual ownership, document revisions, deadlines and release authority.

THREE REVIEW POINTS · EVIDENCE · ISSUES AND AUTHORIZED DECISIONS

Prepare dispatch, site startup and final handover records

Editorial document-readiness and issue-closeout questions for dispatch, site startup and final handover. This is a blank planning register, not an equipment operating procedure, site readiness certificate, permission to energize/start machinery or a completed acceptance decision.

The three review points and evidence requests must be agreed by the actual project parties. No supplier responsibility, mandatory milestone, technical limit, completion status or release authority is assigned by this page. Existing RFQ, comparison, interface and trial evidence boundaries remain unchanged.

Each route has 15 document-review questions covering dispatch, site startup and final handover. Link unresolved questions to the interface matrix, equipment RFQ, comparison table and D01–D08 acceptance register.

FICTIONAL TEACHING EXAMPLES · MANUAL REVIEW

Fictional filling examples and pre-submission review

FICTIONAL TRAINING DATA ONLY — not a supplier test, machine/crop performance, recommended operating condition, guarantee or acceptance record. All IDs, quantities, dates, methods and source references are invented. The arbitrary sunflower route label only illustrates a category; the same exercise is shown on all four routes.

Worked teaching examples and a manual review checklist, not an automated validator. Original blank forms and real supplier/research evidence remain separate. Unresolved mismatches stay open; a completed example is not a project approval.

Download untouched blank forms · Read real supplier evidence and gaps separately

Before submitting actual project data

  1. Keep an untouched copy of the originals and record project/run/configuration/lot/period IDs. Replace every DEMO value in a fresh blank form; never submit this workbook as evidence.
  2. Check timestamps, offsets, phase and downtime; identical IDs alone are insufficient. Confirm the weighed-feed and meter intervals match.
  3. Check stream/meter boundaries, units, calibration/multiplier references, sample matrix, method edition and wet/dry reporting basis.
  4. Identify duplicated measurements, recirculation and overlapping parent/child meters before aggregation. Retain evidence of any correction and the original value.
  5. Keep unknown inputs and unavailable results visible. Obtain missing sources or trace the question into the existing issue-closeout register; do not turn blanks or invalid ratios into zero.
  6. Transfer only supported, comparable values into the quote/test comparison while retaining original units and sources. Agree actual test criteria and authorized FAT/SAT decisions separately.

Eight fictional review cases

Match meter and weighed feed windows

DEMO-MATCH · invented values, not actual performance

Fictional readings 100 to 108 kWh, factor 1 and 1000 kg feed over the same hour give 8 kWh and 8 kWh/t. This arithmetic says nothing about a real process, throughput, oil recovery or plant acceptance.

Next action: Check clock, configuration, lot, stream and boundary before transferring a result to the comparison.

Invented reference: DEMO-METER-MATCH / DEMO-FEED-1

Same ID, different timestamps

DEMO-TIME · invented values, not actual performance

The meter window 00:30–01:30 differs from feed 00:00–01:00. A repeated Period ID does not make the denominator valid. Do not report a matched kWh/t.

Next action: Request corresponding feed and meter observations for exactly the same interval; preserve the original row.

Invented reference: DEMO-METER-TIME

Unknown multiplier is not one

DEMO-FACTOR · invented values, not actual performance

The blank multiplier is unknown. Do not silently reuse the factor from another meter or return zero. No normalized result is available from this row.

Next action: Obtain the applicable multiplier and its source before calculating.

Invented reference: DEMO-METER-FACTOR

End reading below start

DEMO-RESET · invented values, not actual performance

The invented 100-to 90 readings need reset/rollover investigation. Do not report negative consumption or clamp it to zero.

Next action: Retain original readings and request a corrected, documented interval reconstruction.

Invented reference: DEMO-METER-RESET

Equal number, unequal reporting basis

DEMO-BASIS · invented values, not actual performance

Both invented sample values are 5%, but one is wet basis and one dry basis. They are not equivalent; no moisture or suitable conversion evidence is supplied.

Next action: Retain the two originals. Request comparable basis, methods and matching sample moisture before any separate conversion.

Invented reference: DEMO-NOT-A-LAB-REPORT-WB / DB

The same feed observation appears twice

DEMO-DUPLICATE · invented values, not actual performance

Two log rows reference the same 1000 kg feed observation, interval and stream. Counting both would invent 2000 kg. This exercise does not supply an oil or full mass balance.

Next action: Identify duplicates using IDs, timestamps, stream and original source; retain history and use the measured feed once.

Invented reference: DEMO-FEED-1 (duplicated)

Child meter is inside parent boundary

DEMO-OVERLAP · invented values, not actual performance

The child’s invented 3 kWh is already part of the parent’s 8 kWh. Adding both would double-count part of the boundary.

Next action: Choose a non-overlapping meter set and document included/excluded circuits; do not infer a whole-plant total.

Invented reference: DEMO-METER-MATCH / DEMO-METER-CHILD

Measured zero differs from blank

DEMO-ZERO-FEED · invented values, not actual performance

The stopped interval explicitly records zero feed and 2 kWh. Keep the stop and energy observations, but do not divide by zero or report a zero kWh/t result.

Next action: Preserve downtime. Aggregate only compatible, documented windows with a positive measured feed denominator.

Invented reference: DEMO-METER-STOP / DEMO-FEED-STOP

These are worked interpretations, not spreadsheet formulas or automatic data-validation results. Source gaps require actual evidence; no example closes a real project issue.

Blank production-record forms

Use the same project, run, configuration, lot and period IDs across the three forms. Download the Excel workbook for all forms together or individual CSV files; complete them locally alongside the original source records.

Independent editorial collection forms. All entry cells are blank; no supplier measurement, guarantee, completed acceptance or authorized signoff is supplied. CSV files have no formulas, formatting or validation; the workbook has route/phase choice lists but no calculations. Keep original evidence files alongside the forms.

Each form has 20 blank entry rows; add rows as needed. No measured value, default meter factor, acceptance limit or approval is prefilled. The guide explains every column and the differences between blank, zero and not applicable.

Run log

One row per observation period and stream; record stopped intervals explicitly.

Sample register

One row per sample/analysis; retain the same Sample ID for additional analyses of that sample.

Energy readings

One row per meter and observation window; keep utilities and boundaries separate.

How to keep periods, units and source boundaries consistent

Create stable project, run, configuration, lot and period IDs; reuse them across all three forms. Duplicate blank rows as needed. A changed configuration or feed lot needs a new reference and a clear transition. Import ID and ISO timestamp columns as text when opening CSV to preserve leading zeros and timezone offsets.

Use timestamp offsets and a synchronized clock. A period is an observation window, not proof of continuous operation. Split rows whenever phase, lot, configuration or operating state changes; include downtime reasons and intervals.

Mass rows describe separate streams. Do not add raw and prepared feed together, count recirculation as new feed, or sum parent and child meters. Document inventory changes, rejects and the inlet/outlet boundary in the original evidence.

Sample ID may repeat for different analyses of the same physical sample. Keep matrix, method/edition, laboratory, original result/unit/basis and report/custody references together. A generic method name is not proof of matrix suitability.

Use cumulative readings in the energy form. For a valid non-reset electrical meter in kWh, energy is (end reading minus start reading) times documented multiplier. Divide by same-window weighed feed kg / 1000 for kWh per tonne. This is guidance only; the forms calculate nothing.

Do not calculate when a reading, multiplier, weighed mass, source or interval match is missing. A blank is unknown, not zero; only record zero when actually observed. Resolve resets, rollovers, invalid intervals and zero-feed periods before reporting an intensity.

Motor kW/HP is rated power, not cumulative energy. Keep electricity, steam and fuel in original units and separate rows. Any conversion to a common energy unit needs documented assumptions, boundary and separate review; no automatic conversion is provided.

Keep startup, steady, stopped and shutdown records identifiable. Comparing savings requires a matched baseline and duty; a savings claim is not total line consumption. Do not infer availability, annual capacity or acceptance from a short run.

These are internal working records. Share the completed file only through an agreed project channel; this website does not collect or send entries. Keep originals, revisions and source references; signatures and contractual criteria belong in separately agreed documents.

Use these records with the existing project documents

PRODUCTION RECORDS · PUBLISHED SCOPE AND OPEN REQUESTS

Representative equipment: production-record review

Read what the reviewed public material actually establishes before requesting production records. These are editorial evidence requests, not supplier rankings or agreed acceptance criteria.

No configuration-matched raw continuous-run log, lot-linked laboratory pack or whole-line metered energy report was obtained for these four enquiry examples. This describes this review, not the existence of private supplier records. Catalogue ratings, service descriptions, customer narratives and planned capacities remain distinct.

Reviewed 3 November 2026. Four enquiry examples; twelve record requests. The original supplier and academic research entries remain available.

French Achiever 55 — full-press enquiry example
Catalogue and laboratory-service descriptions

GOYUM MK-IV — kernel-press enquiry example
Catalogue crushing rating and pilot-test service

Farmet Compact EP1 — FE 500 + FS 350 enquiry example
Current package description plus historical customer narratives

Farmet CP2 — two-stage cold-pressing enquiry example
Technology description and historical installation announcement

Metered electricity per tonne uses the energy-meter difference divided by weighed feed tonnes over the same interval. Motor kW or HP is a rating, not an energy reading. Keep thermal energy separate unless an explicit conversion and boundary are agreed. These are editorial comparison rules; no actual result or guarantee is entered here.

PUBLIC RESEARCH · APPARATUS AND FEED BASIS · LIMITS TO TRANSFER

Public research examples: read the conditions before the number

Source-bounded public research examples for asking better selection and trial questions. These are published study results or abstract statements, not our tests, supplier quotations, production guarantees or customer-signed acceptance records.

Published experimental apparatus, feed matrix, reporting basis and evidence depth are shown separately. Do not transfer a result to the representative RFQ model without configuration-matched feed trials and agreed criteria. No existing supplier capability grade or acceptance status is changed.

Initial set of four reviewed study records: two directly retrieved full papers, one publisher-text review through the indexed reader (direct access403), and one official university abstract. Evidence depth differs; these entries are not a supplier league table.

Full-text follow-ups · 3 November 2026

Two full papers checked: one revisited study and one additional study. Five unique studies across the initial set and this update.

Soybean: the same 1999 study now has a full-text follow-up, including 120-second versus 1200-second cell observations.

Groundnut: an additional kernel-only study separates skin-on and blanched feed, experimental results and model predictions.

Check the model, trial plan and project evidence

Forty-nine extended reviews link official or supplier-branded catalogue configurations, trial support and dated project/application material. Supplier news about installation, shipment, construction or test facilities is kept distinct from signed customer acceptance reports. Cross-material and cross-industry examples retain their stated scope. Complete readable signed acceptance reports and test datasets have not been obtained from the selected sources. Use each profile's existing crop/stage scope; these references do not approve a complete line. Rajkumar is not included in these 49 addenda: its official domain returned a domain-connection error at this review, while a historical domain redirected to an unrelated host. Its original profile is preserved; search-cache listings do not confirm current supply.
