OilProcessingHub — interface responsibility and delivery guide Reviewed: 2026-11-03 Editorial interface-confirmation matrix linking buyer, equipment supplier and site team questions to deliverables. It proposes topics to agree; it does not assign contractual duties, authorize site work, approve a design or record completed acceptance. Role labels are discussion headings, not agreed RACI assignments. Parties may delegate work; actual legal parties, responsible owner, reviewer/approver, scope, due dates and sign-off remain blank until project agreement. Existing catalogue/service evidence does not establish who performs a project interface. HOW TO COMPLETE THE REGISTER 1. Name actual parties and package boundaries before assigning an owner. Keep proposed questions separate from the signed scope and its revision. 2. Record who provides the input, who supplies/installs/connects the item, who checks it and who has decision authority; they may be different parties. 3. Use actual drawing/connection IDs, inlet/outlet conditions and included/optional/excluded status. Leave missing conditions open rather than inferring a catalogue value. 4. Link each interface to RFQ E/R items, comparison B/E/C/R/D/X rows and the D01–D08 register. Preserve original documents and changes. 5. Agree review points and readiness criteria before work/testing; suggested review points below are not binding milestones or universal technical limits. 6. Separate factory dry/simulated checks, actual-feed trials, site checks, deviations/retests and authorized release. A marked document receipt is not a passed interface. 7. Keep unresolved items with an owner, due date, required evidence and decision reference. No enquiry is sent and no project data is uploaded by these blank downloads. STRUCTURE Each route has15 interface rows:12 shared interfaces plus3 crop-specific checks. Each has buyer, equipment-supplier and site-team confirmation topics, a proposed deliverable, a suggested review point and existing RFQ/comparison/acceptance references. I01–I02 project/feed; I03–I05 site/civil/electrical/utilities; I06–I07 material and controls; I08–I12 installation/trial/FAT/SAT/handover; I13–I15 route-specific interfaces. Labels do not name a responsible party. Record actual parties and delegated roles, the owner/checker/approver, drawing/connection ID, scope revision, due date, evidence, unresolved issues and authorized decision in the blank fields. Suggested review points must be agreed. They are not automatic release gates, technical limits or approved work instructions. Match RFQ E01–E06/R01–R08 and the route-specific comparison B/E/C/R/D/X rows. For D01–D08, use the linked trial/acceptance register. An interface can reference several documents and must keep its actual scope explicit.
