MANUFACTURER-PUBLISHED PRODUCT REFERENCES

Product families and process scope

Official product pages reviewed on 2026-11-01. These are selected documented offerings, not an exhaustive current catalogue or independently tested performance.

Compact EP1

Single-stage pressing with extrusion.

The manufacturer identifies soybean as the principal example.

Official product source: Compact - EP1 - Farmet

Compact EP2

Two-stage pressing with extrusion.

The manufacturer gives sunflower and rapeseed as common examples.

Official product source: Compact - EP2 - Farmet

Compact CP1 / CP2

Single-stage / two-stage cold-pressing configurations.

The Compact overview lists these configurations; its CP2 description names sunflower and rapeseed.

Official product source: Compact - Farmet

What to confirm in a quotation

Request the exact Compact configuration and options, feed preparation, oil/cake targets and a trial for the proposed crop.

Confirm current availability, configuration, local requirements, supply boundary and acceptance conditions directly with the supplier. Source review does not change this listing into a certification or endorsement.

Current catalogue, configuration trials and acceptance evidence

Reviewed 2026-11-02. Officially listed configurations; stock, lead time and your project fit are unconfirmed. Current website listing is not stock or delivery confirmation. Trial services and historical project accounts do not establish acceptance of your proposed line.

Models and configurations currently described

Compact EP1 with FE 500 and FS 350

The current EP1 description pairs FE 500 extrusion with FS 350 pressing, principally for soybean. Agree the actual bill of equipment; older literature can describe a different generation.

Official page retrieved on 2026-11-02; current quotation and configuration still required

Official sources: Compact - EP1 - Farmet

CP2 two-stage cold-pressing technology

The current CP2 page describes a first press followed by a final press, with preparation and oil-treatment options. This is a configured process offering rather than a universal fixed model.

Published trial support

Farmet laboratory and pilot centre

Farmet describes laboratory work followed by pressing/extrusion pilot verification. Request a trial on representative feed and a written link from the pilot arrangement to the proposed production configuration.

Project evidence and its limits

Hungary rapeseed CP2 commissioning reference

A supplier news item reports startup with Seed-Imex, FS4015 presses, automatic filtration and FIC control. It is a historical project report; its plant scale and equipment do not define the Compact EP1 configuration.

Published 2023-05-23; historical supplier-reported commissioning, not current customer operating status

Official sources: Complex Oilseeds Processing Plant by Cold Pressing - Farmet

Public acceptance evidence status

No signed factory-acceptance or site-acceptance report, agreed performance protocol or customer-signed test dataset was present in the selected public sources. This is a limit of this review, not proof that the supplier has no such records.

Documents and conditions to agree for your project

Editorial questions to agree with the supplier, not a manufacturer-issued acceptance standard.

  • Confirm the current press/extruder models and distinguish Compact EP1 from the historical CP2 project.
  • Agree feed moisture/hull basis, oil/cake sampling, temperature measurements and a complete material balance before a trial.
  • Request model-specific commissioning records and a customer-approved acceptance protocol for the proposed project.

Public evidence: configuration and test-record follow-up

These additions qualify public supplier evidence. They do not establish stock, a buyer-material result, serial-number traceability or signed FAT/SAT acceptance. Requests below are editorial procurement questions, not supplier promises. Existing dossiers and source limits remain applicable.

FE100 soybean demonstration: identifiable run, incomplete assay chain

Evidence class: Historical manufacturer-reported material/model demonstration; raw worksheets pending

Farmet's 30 September 2016 report describes a 7 September soybean extrusion demonstration in Kumhausen, Germany, using FE100. It reports calibrating the dosing conveyor before startup, approximately 100 kg/h (expressed as a converted rate), and more than 600 kg processed during the demonstration. This identifies a material and machine model beyond a general test-service offer.

Still pending: No machine serial number, lot/sample codes, numerical temperature log, run duration or paired urease results are supplied. The converted rate and total processed mass do not establish a sustained acceptance run or justify calculating its duration. This was extrusion, not an FE500/FS350 pressing trial or oil-yield result.

Official source and data request

Request: Request the FE100 configuration and feeder-calibration record, timed feed weights, temperature/settings log, soybean lot and paired raw/extruded sample reports. Keep the historical demonstration separate from the quoted production line and its scale-up evidence.

Uno rapeseed attachment: oil/cake summaries, not raw batch files

Evidence class: Downloaded publisher supplement; analytical treatment-group summaries

Drabińska et al. name Farmet Uno and Semco rapeseed in their methods. The linked 28-page supplement contains oil/cake Tables S1/S2: GC×GC-ToFMS peak-area means and standard deviations from five replicates, grouped by seed-roasting treatment (Control, 140°C, 180°C). Retention time, retention index and VIP fields support analytical interpretation; they are not production-lot identifiers.

Still pending: Treatment groups are not commercial batches. Summary peak areas are not individual instrument files, calibrated concentrations, oil yield or press acceptance. No seed lot code, machine serial or matched commissioning record is established.

Official source and data request

Request: Request lot/sample-to-injection mapping, individual replicate exports and calibration files, press identity/configuration and synchronized feed/oil/cake logs before closing traceability.
