OILPROCESSINGHUB — BLANK PRODUCTION RECORD FORMS Editorial template · 3 November 2026 Independent editorial collection forms. All entry cells are blank; no supplier measurement, guarantee, completed acceptance or authorized signoff is supplied. CSV files have no formulas, formatting or validation; the workbook has route/phase choice lists but no calculations. Keep original evidence files alongside the forms. ORDER: define configuration / lot / clocks and boundaries; record run streams; register samples and reports; record matched meter windows; review gaps in the existing closeout register. 1. Create stable project, run, configuration, lot and period IDs; reuse them across all three forms. Duplicate blank rows as needed. A changed configuration or feed lot needs a new reference and a clear transition. Import ID and ISO timestamp columns as text when opening CSV to preserve leading zeros and timezone offsets. 2. Use timestamp offsets and a synchronized clock. A period is an observation window, not proof of continuous operation. Split rows whenever phase, lot, configuration or operating state changes; include downtime reasons and intervals. 3. Mass rows describe separate streams. Do not add raw and prepared feed together, count recirculation as new feed, or sum parent and child meters. Document inventory changes, rejects and the inlet/outlet boundary in the original evidence. 4. Sample ID may repeat for different analyses of the same physical sample. Keep matrix, method/edition, laboratory, original result/unit/basis and report/custody references together. A generic method name is not proof of matrix suitability. 5. Use cumulative readings in the energy form. For a valid non-reset electrical meter in kWh, energy is (end reading minus start reading) times documented multiplier. Divide by same-window weighed feed kg / 1000 for kWh per tonne. This is guidance only; the forms calculate nothing. 6. Do not calculate when a reading, multiplier, weighed mass, source or interval match is missing. A blank is unknown, not zero; only record zero when actually observed. Resolve resets, rollovers, invalid intervals and zero-feed periods before reporting an intensity. 7. Motor kW/HP is rated power, not cumulative energy. Keep electricity, steam and fuel in original units and separate rows. Any conversion to a common energy unit needs documented assumptions, boundary and separate review; no automatic conversion is provided. 8. Keep startup, steady, stopped and shutdown records identifiable. Comparing savings requires a matched baseline and duty; a savings claim is not total line consumption. Do not infer availability, annual capacity or acceptance from a short run. 9. These are internal working records. Share the completed file only through an agreed project channel; this website does not collect or send entries. Keep originals, revisions and source references; signatures and contractual criteria belong in separately agreed documents. RUN LOG — production-run-log.csv One row per observation period and stream; record stopped intervals explicitly. Project ID: Use the same project identifier in all three forms. Route: sunflower / groundnut / soybean / rapeseed; distinguish any alternative process in the configuration reference. Run ID: Identify the specific trial or production run, not the machine model alone. Configuration ID: Revision-controlled machine/line list, press count, settings and included options. Lot ID: Identify the feed lot; preserve links when lots are blended or change during a run. Period ID: Shared observation window identifier. Energy and mass observations must cover the same window. Start time: ISO 8601 timestamp with UTC offset; use a synchronized clock. End time: Timestamp with offset; later than start, using the same clock. Phase: startup / steady / shutdown / stopped; never silently remove startup or stopped periods. Stream ID: Unique stream/measurement-point reference within the process diagram. Stream type: feed / crude oil / filtered oil / cake / hull / fines / recycle / inventory change / other; state raw versus prepared feed in source. Mass (kg): Measured stream mass over this interval. For inventory change define the sign convention. Zero is only a measured zero. Operating state: Actual equipment state during this row’s interval. Downtime reason: Describe each stoppage and its timing; use separate intervals when state changes. Instrument reference: Scale/mass-measurement instrument and calibration record. Source reference: Original scale export, log file or signed observation record; retain its original units. Recorded by: Person recording the observation; not automatic approval. Review or issue reference: Link missing data/deviations to the existing issue-closeout register. SAMPLE REGISTER — production-sample-register.csv One row per sample/analysis; retain the same Sample ID for additional analyses of that sample. Sample ID: Traceable sample identifier used by retained splits and laboratory reports. Sampled at: ISO 8601 timestamp with UTC offset. Stream ID: Match the run-log stream/measurement point. Matrix: feed / oil / cake / hull / other, with preparation and sampling location. Analysis: Requested or completed determination; record status in review notes. Method and edition: Laboratory method and edition, with applicability to this matrix. Result value: Actual laboratory result only; leave blank before measurement. Result unit: Original report unit, separate from the value. Reporting basis: Wet basis / dry basis / as received / oil basis / other as reported; never assume. Laboratory ID: Laboratory identity. Report reference: Original report identifier, revision and location. Custody reference: Sampling, transport/storage, retained-split and chain-of-custody reference. Recorded by: Person entering the record. Review or issue reference: Trace unresolved methods, results or custody gaps to closeout. ENERGY READINGS — production-energy-readings.csv One row per meter and observation window; keep utilities and boundaries separate. Meter ID: Unique meter and measurement-point reference. Start time: ISO 8601 timestamp with UTC offset, matched to the feed measurement interval. End time: Timestamp with offset covering exactly the same observation window. Phase: startup / steady / shutdown / stopped. Do not mix unmatched phases in comparisons. System boundary: Equipment and connections covered by this meter. Excluded loads: Identify site/line loads omitted; describe overlapping meters to prevent double counting. Utility: electricity / steam / fuel / other; keep separate rows. Reading unit: Cumulative meter unit such as kWh, kg steam, MJ, Nm3 or L. Do not enter instantaneous kW or flow rates here. Start reading: Original cumulative meter reading, not installed motor power. End reading: Original cumulative meter reading. Document resets or rollovers in source and review notes. Meter multiplier: Document the applicable factor; blank is unknown, not an assumed factor of one. Weighed feed (kg): Actual feed mass over this meter window, with raw/prepared basis identified in its source. Feed record reference: Reference corresponding run-log feed row(s); do not repeat/feed-sum the same mass across streams or nested meters. Calibration reference: Meter identity/calibration and relevant uncertainty record. Source reference: Original meter export/readings and any conversion documentation. Recorded by: Person entering the observation. Review or issue reference: Document missing, inconsistent or excluded records; not a pass/fail signoff. ROUTE-SPECIFIC REMINDERS Sunflower: identify raw versus prepared feed, hull/reject streams and which crude-oil sample supports wax-related analysis. Groundnut: declare skin-on/blanched kernels and preparation; separate kettle steam from press/auxiliary electricity. Soybean: identify extruder/press revisions, count, transfer and heat-recovery variant; keep separate analytical reports for cake heat treatment. Rapeseed: identify both pressing stages and interstage streams; state which stabilization, separation and filtration loads are inside the meter boundary.
