MANUFACTURER-PUBLISHED PRODUCT REFERENCES

Product families and process scope

Official product pages reviewed on 2026-11-01. These are selected documented offerings, not an exhaustive current catalogue or independently tested performance.

HVSC Vertical Seed Conditioner and preparation systems

Cleaning, dehulling, conditioning, cracking and flaking as required.

The official preparation page identifies the HVSC family and soybean dehulling options. Preparation steps vary with the seed and downstream extraction process.

Official product source: HUM Oilseed Preparation

NYP oil screw press series

Mechanical full pressing or pre-pressing.

The official table distinguishes NYP full-press models with an F suffix from pre-press versions. Sunflower and canola are named for both duties; soy is named in the full-press table.

Official product source: HUM Pressing and NYP Oil Screw Press

Bucket extractors and HUM Extraction system

Solvent extraction and associated meal / miscella treatment.

The official page describes sliding-bucket and rotary-bucket extractors, DTDC, distillation and recovery. Confirm the selected extractor and integrated supply boundary.

Connect this supplier to a processing route

  • Sunflower — Explicit NYP sunflower reference; choose full pressing or pre-pressing plus cake extraction according to the project.
  • Rapeseed / canola — Explicit NYP canola reference; agree conditioning and whether the process finishes at pressing or continues to extraction.
  • Soybean — Soybean preparation and full-press references are explicit. A pre-press duty for soybean is not established by the selected press table.
  • Groundnut / peanut — Preparation, pressing and extraction stage references only. The selected pages do not establish a groundnut-specific configuration.

What to confirm in a quotation

Specify the seed, meal destination, full-press or pre-press duty, conditioning requirements and required auxiliary systems. Request a feedstock-specific process balance and current drawings; manufacturer descriptions do not independently establish performance or regulatory compliance.

Confirm current availability, configuration, local requirements, supply boundary and acceptance conditions directly with the supplier. Source review does not change this listing into a certification or endorsement.

Current catalogue, configuration trials and acceptance evidence

Reviewed 2026-11-02. Official catalogue configurations and published trial/project evidence reviewed; unavailable trial and acceptance documents are identified separately. Current website listing is not stock or delivery confirmation. Trial services and historical project accounts do not establish acceptance of your proposed line.

Models and configurations currently described

NYP full press: 15F / 30F / 45F / 60F / 75F

The current pressing table lists NYP 15F, 30F, 45F, 60F and 75F under full pressing, with sunflower/canola and soybean/cottonseed rows. Confirm prepared-feed condition, exact model and finished-press duty; the full-press table is not evidence of a soybean pre-press configuration or groundnut test.

Current official website presentation reviewed 2026-11-02; availability and project-specific suitability require written confirmation.

Official sources: HUM Pressing - NYP oil screw press models

NYP pre-press: 05 / 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90

The current table lists these NYP pre-press variants separately from the F-suffix machines. Agree conditioning, residual-oil target, cake cooling and downstream extraction or secondary pressing. The preparation page describes cleaning, dehulling, conditioning, cracking/flaking and cooking as applicable; not every seed requires the same sequence.

Published trial support

HUM engineering services: configuration-trial evidence gap

The services page describes research/development, feasibility, engineering, erection/start-up and training. It does not provide a bookable oilseed pilot-test service, sample requirements, trial protocol or measured configuration results. Request a written feed-specific testing proposal and actual reports; engineering or commissioning services alone are not trial evidence.

Project evidence and its limits

Kazakhstan engineering/manufacturing and European rapeseed-cake handover

The October 2026 Eastern Kazakhstan sunflower-project news explicitly records engineering/manufacturing, not commissioning. A separate October 2025 Europe report says a rapeseed-cake drier/cooler was commissioned and handed over. Keep these statuses and machine duties separate; neither report identifies the customer or supplies a complete readable signed acceptance report or test dataset.

Sunflower upgrade reported October 2026 as engineering/manufacturing. Rapeseed-cake drier/cooler commissioning and handover are supplier-reported October 2025 events.

Official sources: HUM - Another Project News from Kazakhstan, October 2026; HUM - Commissioning News from Europe, October 2025

Public acceptance evidence status

No complete readable signed customer FAT/SAT report or project acceptance dataset was obtained from these selected sources. The rapeseed-cake handover remains a supplier report; the Kazakhstan sunflower project remains work in engineering/manufacturing. No published configuration-trial report was obtained.

Documents and conditions to agree for your project

Editorial requests for project selection and agreed testing; these are not a manufacturer-issued acceptance standard.

  • Request the exact NYP code, full/pre-press duty, crop-specific preparation, capacity basis and downstream cake/extraction interfaces.
  • Ask whether a relevant pilot/configuration trial is available; obtain the written scope, raw feed conditions, measurements and actual report before treating it as tested.
  • Request customer-authorized comparable references, FAT/SAT protocols, commissioning data, punch-list closure and signed acceptance; distinguish current work in manufacture from handed-over equipment.
