The official product page includes an edible-oil filler-capper example. Match the cleaning system, filling nozzle and closure handling to the product.

Project evidence and its limits

Lesieur edible-oil installation; Food Union dairy FAT/SAT account

Serac’s February 7, 2024 Lesieur article reports installation of three Serac/Sidel blowing/filling/capping Combis in France. The selected article does not identify them as the same configuration as the current COMBOX catalogue offer. Separately, a January 22, 2019 Food Union article reports FAT/SAT responsibilities for a dairy line that started production in June 2018. The dairy reference is not edible-oil line acceptance; neither article supplies a complete readable signed acceptance report.

Lesieur installation reported February 7, 2024. Food Union is a dairy reference published January 22, 2019, describing production start June 2018.

Official sources: Three Serac/Sidel Combis for edible oil have been installed in the bottling facility of Lesieur - Serac; Serac installs a full aseptic bottling line at Food Union’s factory in China

Public acceptance evidence status

No complete readable signed customer FAT/SAT report or project acceptance dataset was obtained from these selected sources. A supplier-reported dairy FAT/SAT project is kept distinct from the Lesieur edible-oil installation and from the proposed packaging configuration.

Documents and conditions to agree for your project

Editorial requests for a project-specific configuration and agreed tests; these are not a manufacturer-issued acceptance standard.

  • Request the quoted COMBOX/RB configuration with actual oil viscosity/temperature, container and closure specifications, contact parts and cleaning scope.
  • Agree fill-weight sampling and statistics, cap/closure checks, leakage tests, format changeovers and recorded results using the intended oil and packaging.
  • Request the project FAT and SAT protocols, responsibility split with blower/integration partners, punch-list closure and customer acceptance records; do not reuse dairy validation as edible-oil approval.
