STATUS: BLANK BUYER WORKSHEET — NO SUPPLIER REPLIES, PRICES, RESULTS OR RANKINGS
Blank buyer comparison framework for up to three offers on the same agreed route and feed basis. It contains no supplier replies, quoted prices, measured results, automatic scores or acceptance decisions.
Editorial comparison questions reuse the existing source-bounded RFQ and trial plans. No new supplier capability or test-result claim is introduced. A catalogue description, a quotation, raw test data, a laboratory report and an authorized FAT/SAT decision remain separate evidence types.

HOW TO USE
1. Complete B01–B08 before treating prices or performance as comparable. The common format does not make different crops, process routes, capacities or output specifications equivalent.
2. Keep each offer’s original value/unit, reporting basis, evidence type and source ID/date. Put any buyer conversion/reconciliation in the separate gap/action field with its assumptions; retain the original.
3. Leave unknowns blank and flag missing data; absence is not zero, compliance, failure or proof that a supplier lacks the capability.
4. Use row statuses to manage clarification, not to rank supplier quality. Comparable on an agreed basis is not passed acceptance or a buying recommendation.
5. Check inclusions and cost boundaries before totals; separate quoted amounts from buyer estimates, taxes/freight/installation assumptions and any recorded currency conversion.
6. Keep proposed guarantees, agreed criteria, actual results, deviations/retests and authorized sign-off separate. FAT simulation and a site SAT cover different scopes.
7. Record a responsible person, due date and decision reference for every unresolved item. No enquiry is sent and no file is uploaded by these downloads.

COLUMNS
Each route CSV has the same 25 columns and41 comparison rows. Offer A/B/C are blank labels, not selected companies. Copy or extend columns if more offers are needed.
Complete the buyer requirement, original value/unit, reporting basis, evidence type and source ID/revision/date separately for each offer. Then record comparison status, gap/action/assumptions, owner, due date and decision reference.
No spreadsheet formula, automatic conversion, price total, supplier score or acceptance verdict is supplied. Keep a dated copy of the original received records.
CSV uses UTF-8 with BOM. Import as comma-separated UTF-8 if your spreadsheet application does not detect it. Review imported columns before entering data.
